Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original STONE AND STRAND packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
